This all encompassing role, will see you supporting customers from initial stages of their enquiry through ordering to the final stages of production, delivery and invoicing.

You will be able to

• Understand and own all elements of the customer requirement
• Estimate costing and produce quotations
• Negotiate terms
• Work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of work

Skills and experience

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to listen and instil trust and confidence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent planning skills.
