Our client are looking for a Sales Client Manager to join their fantastic team. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a hybrid position with approx 1 day per week working in Harlow, Essex.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,500 base with achievable on target earnings averaging £16,500 per annum.

As a Client Manager you are:

  • A target driven sales professional with a passion for exceeding expectations and closing deals.
  • You thrive on building relationships with clients whilst introducing company products and services that will support business development, growth, and client retention.

They are seeking candidates who can work independently with minimal supervision, who are comfortable using tools to support remote collaboration.

As their Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound sales calls to existing customers
  • Providing an end-to-end client experience for consultative solutions sales
  • Acting as client escalation point for client care questions and queries
  • Communicating with client via multi-channels, ie, phone, web chat and video
  • Working with their CRM and be comfortable using predictive analytical tools to make recommendations for solutions and financial options
  • Articulating reasoned views and recommendations, able to speak with confidence in all client handling situations, with a view to sustain and enhance client satisfaction levels
  • Creating, issuing and managing the end to end process of electronic, financially regulated contracts
  • Interacting, partnering, and developing strong relationships across their sales channels and within the wider organisation.

  • Can work autonomously, is driven and self-motivated to work in a fast paced environment
  • Goal oriented with a desire to over achieve
  • Good interpersonal skills
