Can you:

• Build an exceptional rapport with both customers and clients?
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls and emails?
• Research and chase up leads in the market?
• Understand client needs and close sales?

Ideally, you will have experience within a customer service or sales environment, which demonstrates an ability to deliver a high level of service. You will be a natural people person with strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
