A new opportunity has become available for an individual with a passion for retail and exceptional customer service, to join a luxury boutique as a Sales Associate. Working alongside an enthusiastic team you will be providing tailored service to each individual client while building lasting relationships.

This permanent position requires 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

Duties of the role:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store, keeping in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Use the CRM to collect data and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Support the preparation and process of completing inventory.
  • Provide an impeccable customer experience to all clients.
  • Utilise a range of selling techniques suited to the client, learning and adapting the sales process to fit the needs of the client.
  • Strive to achieve excellent sales and performance results.

You must:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail environment.
  • Have a passion for retail and the brand, keeping up to date on all trends and industry news.
  • Show excellent customer skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be willing to develop and adapt to the brands requirements.
  • Work well in a team and in fast-paced environments.

Offering up to £26,000 per annum and a bonus scheme is also offered. Playing an essential part in the performance of the brand, this will be an exciting role.
