Sales and Stock Control Administrator

Our client, based in Sparkford, is a leading wholesaler specialising in motor parts and accessories, is in search of a Sales and Stock Administrator. They're seeking an individual with a genuine passion for cars and a strong background in stock control management.

Job Overview:

As a Sales and Stock Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively within a team environment. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers and suppliers, fulfilling orders, managing order discrepancies and overseeing inventory and invoicing. As its a small team you might be asked to help in the warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure manufacturer vehicle parts

• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage deliveries

• Prepare precise and detailed parts quotations

• Process invoices and issue parts

• Achieve designated sales volume targets

• Pro-actively source parts

• Perform all necessary administrative duties

• Ensure company standards are met

• Maintain a safe working environment

• Speak to customers on the phone

You'll be required to work one Saturday per month from 9 am to 12 pm (this will be paid), primarily to help with any inquiries about company products during car shows.

Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Passion for cars and extensive knowledge of cars helps but not essential

• Previous experience as a Stock Controller within the automotive industry ideal but not essential

• Proven track record of working in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Team player
