This is a great opportunity to work for a niche travel company as a Sales & Reservations Coordinator in a busy hard-working sales office. You will follow up on enquires and offer complex high end holiday packages. A knowledge of France and the French language would be an advantage.

Duties include:

- Manage sales leads received by the Company via the Company’s website, email or telephone, with the objective of maximising the number of confirmed bookings and revenues

- Assist in maintaining the in-house reservation system with product loading, pricing, itineraries and inventory

- Assist the Customer Services team with pre-travel queries from clients by email and phone

- Assist the Customer Services team with handling feedback post travel

- Assist other colleagues / departments with administrative tasks as required

- Other tasks as agreed with the Sales & Reservations Manager

Experience:

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar Travel Sales position.

Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point

Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills.

Excellent written English skills essential.

Good work-load management with a keen eye for detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritise

Team spirit, a good sense of humour and a can-do approach are essential.

A knowledge of France & the French language would be an advantage.

Package:

Full-time & permanent

Salary in the region of £25-26k depending on experience

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00 on a roster basis

20 days holiday increases with service

Annual bonus scheme

Company pension scheme

Occasional overseas travel will be required
