Zealous are working with an established integrated creative marketing agency who are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their talented team in Central Manchester. ?

Working closely with the Commercial Director and the SLT, you will deliver marketing activity that will generate and nurture new business leads for the agency, seamlessly working across all channels to run campaigns, including paid and organic socials, seo, events, email campaigns and PR.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be a key part of the agency's new growth, with the autonomy to develop new and existing client accounts as you see fit. You will lead on delivering the marketing activity that will generate and nurture new business leads, as well as forming a strategy for entering creative industry awards, project managing the quality of all submissions.

You'll need a creative marketing agency background to be able to spot opportunities as they arise, and have a full grasp of the agencies offering in order to manage work successfully and engage in a meaningful way with both internal and external stakeholders.
