Sales and Marketing Manager

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their engineering sector client in their search for an Sales & Marketing Manager to be based at their Wrexham office

For the successful Sales & Marketing Manager our client is offering:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Permanent 
• Benefits: 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (shutdown in May & August), Company Profit Share Scheme, Sales growth bonus scheme paid quarterly, company phone and laptop, 

The role - Sales & Marketing Manager:

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key account customers
• Overseeing, monitoring and constantly reviewing both our design and marketing activities to ensure they meet our planned objectives
• Helping in the preparation of and attending trade shows during the working week and at
  weekends
• Overseeing all processes of customer queries, complaints and email questions ensuring they are answered efficiently and professionally by staff
• Monitoring weekly sales to report progress to the Sales Director.

What our client is looking for an Sales & Marketing Manager:

• Proven sales office management experience in a busy environment ESSENTIAL
• Experienced in all marketing activities; social media, advertising and strategic marketing campaigns
• Sage50 or Sales CRM systems - DESIREABLE
