Sales and Marketing Assistant

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Basildon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be involved in all aspects of the sales/ marketing process
• Help in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• To understand and promote the company manufacturing devices and equipment
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Administration of training and other development processes for UK staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/ engineering industry
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines without errors
• Work in an efficient and timely manner to a high standard
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Must have own transport

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5pm
