Salary: £25,000

Harvey Jones have hand built more than 15,000 bespoke kitchens and know exactly what it takes to deliver furniture that our clients are proud to use and have in their homes. We craft our kitchens in seven simple, beautifully made designs. They are built to last using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our client’s exact needs and tastes. We are a growing company with showrooms across the UK and plans to open more, our award-winning ranges and projects are regularly featured across magazines, newspapers, and design websites.

The role requires somebody who is a strong communicator and IT adept, you will be the bridge between our sales and marketing teams, working directly with both teams on a daily and weekly basis.

 Responsibilities: 

• You will be responsible for our marketing lead management process, inputting data, distribution and working with external agencies to ensure the client lead journey is smooth from their first touchpoint.
• Data management adhering to relevant GDPR compliance
• Brochure fulfilment in a timely manner
• Data reporting with relevant stakeholders within the business
• Work with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to support where needed

Essential skills:

• Must have proficient IT skills and willing to adapt to new systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills, to produce reports
• Must be commercially minded, driven and target-focused
• Excellent organisational and able to work to a deadline, independently and as part of a team
