SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Pangbourne, Reading, RG8

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A smart Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional independent Agency in the Pangbourne, Reading area

The ideal candidate should have confident experience as a Sales Negotiator and / or Lettings Negotiator, be well-presented, highly driven, dynamic and passionate about property with a strong desire to win and be the best.

The opportunity will suit a candidate who is able to hit the ground running and to work with limited supervision.

Whilst experience in both disciplines would be ideal, our client will happily consider a candidate who has a decent background in either Sales or Lettings and a desire to learn!.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in Property Sales and / or Lettings environment
• Good communication skills
• Constant enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be organised and highly motivated, a team player
• Must be a good timekeeper, confident and well presented
• Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships
• Great customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Full UK driving license
• Smart, well-spoken and articulate
