Role: Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £23.5k Basic OTE £50K +
Location: South West London

Thomas Webb are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator on behalf of a highly reputable independent estate agency based in South West London.

Our client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, driven and ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their long standing successful team in one of their South West London branches.

This client has excellent stock levels and good property values, meaning that the OTE is realistic and based on the current and historical performance on previous and existing Sales and Lettings Negotiators.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Candidate specifications:

All applicants for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator position must meet the following criteria;

  • Must have a UK drivers licence and own car
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptionally well presented
  • Ability to communicate with all people at all levels
