Essential Skills:

Proven experience in property viewings, sales/lettings negotiation, and booking valuations and viewings.

Strong drive to succeed.

Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle.

Proficiency in computer literacy.

Outgoing personality with adept interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and think strategically.

Demonstrated drive and determination to excel.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

Background in sales/lettings or customer service is desirable.
