Who you are:
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to work with high profile clients effectively
- Experience working within Food & Beverage
What you will do:
- Support and contribute to group bookings and event sales
- Manage venue sales enquiries
- Develop creative event proposals and present them effectively to clients
- Planning all aspects of the event including venue, seating, dinning, and guest list
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients throughout the entire event process
