Job Title: Online Sales and Customer Service Executive
Location: Ashbourne
Salary: £25,415 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9am-6pm (Weekend availability required on a rota basis)

As they continue to expand their operations, my client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Online Sales and Customer Service Executive.

Position Overview:
As an Online Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through our online platforms. You will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, providing product information and assistance to customers, and executing sales transactions with precision and efficiency. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in fun and exciting incentives set by certain brands, adding an extra layer of excitement to your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Converting client product enquiries into sales.
  • Manage and generate leads and sales via email, live chat and telephone.
  • Answering customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
  • Processing payments, negotiating sales and confirming customer orders.
  • After sales service such as managing any customer returns, converting them to a positive outcome and their next purchase.
  • Making recommendations to management regarding areas of sales that need adjustments to align with market trends
  • Coordinating sales activities in liaison with other relevant internal departments
  • Respond promptly to online sales inquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Process online sales orders accurately and efficiently, including payment processing and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in fun and exciting incentives set by certain brands to drive motivation and engagement within the team.
