Sales and Customer Service Co-ordinator

Your new role

• To provide comprehensive support to the Senior Consultants.
• Assisting with events, invitations and communicating with customers.
• Co-ordinating sale agreed incentives.
• Co-ordinating customer move-ins ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Conduct show-arounds for prospective customers.
• Administration of the sales files from reservation to completion.
• Any other relevant duties as requested by the Sales Consultants

24 hours a week, including a Saturday, and can be flexible on other days. Pay for this role is £13.33 per hour + holiday. This is a temporary post for a minimum of four weeks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing or sales environment
• Excellent verbal skills
• Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
• Experience using a variety of IT packages
• Ability to think analytically
• Full UK driving licence
