TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive in the engineering industry for a manufacturing company based in Worcester/Malvern.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the products that the client offers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background coupled with an engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and effectively promote the products
• Collaborate with the internal team to provide customised solutions and quotations tailored to meet client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on the business demonstrating equipment to new potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications:

• HNC/HND/Degree level in Engineering/Technical Sales
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• 2/3 Years experience in business development sales advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
