Position: Sales Administrator

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to the success of a growing company? Our client, a leading innovator in Alloy Wheel & Tyre, Suspension & TPMS solutions, is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the internal and external sales teams and the Sales Director.

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from ensuring exceptional customer service to providing crucial administrative support to the Sales Director. This includes customer service, returns process, order management, lead sourcing, preparing for sales meetings and reports, CRM management, marketing support, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
