Sales Agent Inbound

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Agent (Inbound) in Brighton to join our client, a financial services provider. This is a fantastic business looking for ambitious people looking to build their career. The salary for this position is £24,485 per annum and also contains uncapped commission.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Agent (Inbound):

• Salary: £24,485 per annum + uncapped commission
• Hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 9am - 5.30pm and 10am - 7pm, and every other Saturday for 4 hours
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Brighton

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Agent (Inbound):

• Responding to inquiries and providing information about financial products and services
• Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
• Reaching out to potential customers, introducing the products and generating new business opportunities
• Building rapport with prospects and articulating the value of our financial solutions
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Agent (Inbound):

• Excellent communication skills, especially verbal as you will be engaging with customers over the phone
• The ability to persuade and negotiate with potential customers to achieve sales targets
• The ability to listen attentively to customers, understand their requirements, and tailor sales pitches accordingly
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a wide range of people
• Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service
