Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

DAY TO DAY:

• Warmly greet and engage with customers to understand their preferences.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
• Keep up to date with new product launches, promotions, special offers.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably within a food or confectionery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards.
• Minimum GCSE-level educated, with Maths and English.
