Sales Advisor

Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with a new Wroxham based client who is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will come from a [customer facing] Customer Service or Retail background and be comfortable carrying out the following job duties:

• Engaging with customers and managing their requests
• Meeting sales objectives
• Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers
• Providing an efficient and comprehensive advisory, sales and repair service

Essential criteria for the role:
• Previous experience working within the Jewellery industry (preferred, but training will be given)
• Have a passion for fine jewellery and a critical eye for detail
• Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
• Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approach

The ideal candidate:
• Would like them to have a professional jeweller’s qualification such as JET 1 and / or JET 2 preferably (but not essential as training will be given).
• Minimum of one year within the jewellery industry.

Contract type:

Part-time. 3-4 days per week (includes Saturdays)
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Full-time, 5 days per week (includes Saturdays) Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (42.5 hours/wk)
