Customer Service Advisor, Sales Advisor with a passion for motorsports, motoracing, automotive industry, required for our established client. This position is paying an annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000.Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm.

Duties:

  • Daily processing of domestic and international sales orders; B2B and B2C
  • Customer communication through various channels including phone, email, live chat and face to face in the showroom
  • Supporting shows and sale events throughout the year
  • Team support for holiday coverage
  • Stock management
  • Some product preparation and assembly

Experience required:

  • Knowledge, experience or a passion for Motorsports, motoracing, automotive industry is highly desirable
  • SAGE or Shopify experience is beneficial
  • Good team player
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
