Sales Advisor

Engaging with customers over the phone, through email, and face-to-face is at the heart of the role to ensure maximum sales opportunities.

The Role

 If you love the idea of advising on and promoting compatible products and services while upholding stellar customer service standards, this could be the job for you. You'll play a crucial role in keeping customers informed about product availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines, and you'll have the know-how to navigate around lead times by suggesting alternative parts to meet customer demands.

Ideal candidates

Will likely have an ONC level qualification in electrical engineering, though what really matters is your ability to win others over and your knack for customer support. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems is important, as is experience in an electrical engineering

Salary £25k-£28k DOE
