Our client is looking to recruit a few candidates to sit within their small contact centre area. Day to day you will be expected to speak to customers regarding their heating solutions, this can be across a wide array of products from insulation, under floor heating, Solar PV, and much much more. As new products arrive on the market and are offering variation and are even more ECO friendly then training will be put in place on-goingly to develop the team even more.

Day to day duties are as follows;

  • Working on a dialler telephone system, where you are outbound calling customers, clarify data and their possible needs, updating the database.
  • Full training will be given, and on-going support - the calls are made automatically, and you are targeted to realistically to make 4 appointments per day.
  • Every appointment made, will earn additional achievable bonus.
  • It is a busy department with lots of cleansed and raw data to work through.
  • Updating their CRM system with relevant information.
  • With this role - you never have to go back to a customer or keep calling the same one, which means every call is a new opportunity.

Our client does not need any key experience, just people with a positive outgoing, a personality in order to build rapport and speak to a customer. Full training is given on-goingly. Our client tends to recruit into the Business at this point and then it opens many doors to elevate off into other areas of the Business and progress. Retention is excellent, this is due to our clients reputation, offerings, location and facilities.

The working week is 10.00am - 7.00pm - Monday - Thursday, Friday is 10.00aam - 2.00pm. 40 hours, with paid breaks.
