Sales Advisor - No Cold Calling

Sales Advisor - NO cold calling ALL existing customers

This role is speaking to existing customers that have already made an order online, you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.

Basic 22K - realistic OTE of 34K (most agents are earning 30-34K)

Working Monday-Friday - NO late nights NO weekends.

Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler.

The Sales Advisor role will involve:

• Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
• Working towards and achieving targets
• Using CRM systems

The ideal Sales Advisor will need to be/have:

• Previous outbound telesales experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Experience working towards KPI’s and targets
• Strong communication skills
