Job Title: Sales Training Administrator

Location: Huntingdon

Remuneration: £12.08 - £13.73 per hour

Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time

Start Date: Urgently required to start asap

Responsibilities:

�? Be the first point of contact within our clients training team, engaging with potential candidates regarding course and exam enquiries, and discussing their options.

�? Follow up on leads, identify potential training sales opportunities, and advise delegates.

�? Maintain excellent course booking records, raise invoices, and ensure the training team is well supported.

�? Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with clients, and encourage repeat bookings.

�? Assist in the administration of training courses, including greeting candidates, producing registers, and organising refreshments.

�? Update website with accurate training and exam dates and availability.

�? Support team on exam days by invigilating exams and assisting candidates.

�? Attend online live sessions to provide training assistance to trainers and delegates.

�? Keep training supplies stocked, maintain team diaries, and contribute to general administration duties.

�? Continuously propose process improvements and keep own skills up to date.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Experience working in a customer-facing role, with customer service or sales experience.

? Good organisational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office.

?? Driving required.
