�? Job Title: Sales Administrator �?

?? Location: Leyland

?? Remuneration: Hourly rate from £11.50 to £12.50

?? Contract Details: Temporary position, starting ASAP

�? Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships.

Process sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions or escalate them to the appropriate team member.

Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Manage inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and place orders with suppliers as needed.

Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and optimise sales strategies.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and organising meetings.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support the sales team's efforts.

?? Skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate.

Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the print industry.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
