Junior Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-rate and dedicated administration support to the senior sales team and their accounts
  • Taking ownership of all orders under £1,000, liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Processing customer orders which involves liaising with suppliers and product teams to ensure products are in stock
  • Creating in-depth quotes for customers, based on information provided by the senior sales team
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with professionally
  • Dealing with and resolving queries and issues relating to products and orders
  • Gathering sales data to create reports for the wider sales team

Junior Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:

  • Has a keen interest in carving a career within sales and has gained experience within a dynamic sales environment
  • Experience gained as a Sales Administrator, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work with accuracy
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Strong GCSEs, must have a grade C or 4 in Maths and English
  • Tenacious and resilient, able to work under your own initiative and think on your feet
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a strong personality and enjoys working within a bubbly, vivacious team
