We are looking for a friendly and organized Sales Administrator to support our client’s sales team. You will need to be highly accurate as you cover sales orders, sales pipelines, and renewals activity, amongst other administrative tasks such as invoicing and liaising with the finance team.

You will need to be fully IT literate, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and a "can-do" and personable attitude is vital. The successful applicant will take pride in their accuracy and will be passionate about providing world-class administration support.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • An understanding and awareness of business processes and how they link to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with customers and key internal departments
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word etc

Salary on this role is up to £25k/annum dependent on experience. Full and part-time options are available (part-time hours would need to be across 5 days and salary would be pro-rata).

This is an office based-based role and so you will need to live within commutable distance of Norwich city cente.
