Stormsaver are searching for the newest member of their growing sales team. This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will work alongside the thriving team of estimators, as well as the Sales Director and Sales Team Leader.

Our Estimators are responsible for working with our customers to propose rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems for new build and retrofit projects. You’ll use your excellent comunication and customer service skills to build relationships with clients, support enquiries from point of contact and become an expert in all things water reuse (rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling) products and associated services.

What to Expect

As the point of contact for projects, your overall responsibility is to provide initial quotes to clients and manage the projects from tender to point of order, which is likely to include revisions and amendments. During the sales process you will need to answer techncial questions on the systems (training provided) and assist the clients to size and design suitable systems for their sites requirements.

The role requires someone who has excellent attention to detail and a passion for helping customers. You’ll strive to maintain good relationships with new and existing clients, generate new sales leads and keep up to date with industry news and potential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Size, assist in design and price systems to meet client requirements.

  • Communicate confidently with clients and suppliers via telephone and email.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date with client and project information.

  • Provide technical help to clients (training to be provided).

  • Support the other estimators, sales consultant and sales manager.

  • Manage all administration created by your own work.

  • Keep up to date with competitor products.

  • Arrange/attend client project sales meetings

  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time

  • Answer incoming calls to the sales department.

  • Manage projects from quote to order.

  • Produce copy quotes.

  • Utilise industry publications to identify potential new projects and contact to get an enquiry.

    Skills

    You will need to have
    • Have a high level of competency in MS Office
    • Experience using a CRM System
    • Excellent communication skills, both writen and verbal
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Be personable, friendly and have excellent listening skills • Independence and self-reliance
    • Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude
    • Ability to think on your feet and be self-motivated
    • A team player
    • Organised and methodical, with attention to detail

    The Package

  • Full time position based at Hockerton, near Southwell in Nottinghamshire

  • Office hours 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

  • Starting salary of £23,000 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum plus commission, once pro-bation is complete.

  • Expected OTE of £28,750, after completion of probation.

  • Company pension scheme.

  • 20 days holidays per year plus 8 bank holidays - Additional holiday can be accrued after 2 full years service up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
