I am currently working with a hugely successful supplier to the retail industry based near Wigan. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.

You will work closely with a designated Account Manager supporting them with their accounts. You will need to be confident, with the ability to share ideas and a positive attitude to driving team goals.

Your role will include:

  • Support the Account Manager with all aspects of administration, account management and support for customers.
  • Communicate with customers efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.
  • Update and maintain the databases relating to customer product and pricing.
  • Prepare regular retailer & market reports.
  • Deputise for the Account manager during any period of absence.

The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have:

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good team player
  • Customer focussed and understands importance of service delivery excellence
  • Is committed to continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe
