Sales Administrator- Woking, Surrey

(Hybrid working) - 2 days remote working

Up to £25000 + Bonus + Benefits

Leading IT Consultancy are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the business working in conjunction with the sales team assisting in maintaining client relationships, renewing IT contracts and project delivery.

Key duties will include

  • Processing sales orders in line with contract SLA agreements
  • Ensuring the internal client system is maintained.
  • Renewing IT Contracts and Lease Agreements
  • Speaking to existing customers, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained and issues are escalated and dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Attending internal training courses and vendor training where needed.

To apply the Sales Administrator will require the following background

  • 12 months experience in a sales support position with knowledge of the IT industry beneficial (full training provided)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages
  • Driving license in order to get to office site preferred

The Sales Administrator will come with full training, an extensive benefits package and an individual bonus scheme. In addition, you will be able to progress through the business moving into a client facing or internal sales role in the future or stay in the client success program.
