Working for a lovely company in Avonmouth, my Client is look for a strong sales administrator to support the team. 

This is a part time role working 2 or 3 days per week. My Client is flexible if you would rather do school hours or full days. 

Daily duties include:

• Supporting sales managers in all sales admin support

• Providing reports when required

• Consistently develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition

• Understand and be aware of the entire product range

• Carry out all administration necessary in setting up new customers including but not exclusive to new line forms and liaising with factories for compliance documents 

• Support the sales team with travel arrangements and diary management

• General PA support to sales managers

• General office duties such as ordering of stationary / office equipment

In Return:

• Salary between £18,000 to £20,000 - roughly £15.38 per hour

Ideal Required competencies/ experience:

• Administrative skills

• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels with the internal team and customers.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while paying strict attention to detail
