Sales Administrator - High Wycombe - Flexi Working on offer - £23,000 to £24,500 per annum - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
A well-established Retail solutions provider are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in High Wycombe.
Main duties:
- Send daily customer order dispatch files
- Coordinate between sub-contracted engineers and key customers to ensure efficient progress of customer projects
- Receive and process the sub-contracted engineers’ invoices and invoicing the customers
- Receive and process customer purchase orders and Issuing quotes
- Verify orders, including customers' information, payment details and proof of deliveries
- Operations system housekeeping, maintaining, and updating sales and customer records.
- Contact customers by phone or email to assist with resolution of queries
- Support sales team and finance accounts with standard queries
- Prepare export documents for EU and international customers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to multi-task whilst still able to deliver strong accuracy and speed.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Able to manage workload proactively and thoroughly
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet including basic formula knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn key products’ functions and key customers’ order process.
Full customer, product and system training will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with flexi working on offer!
