The purpose of the role will be to ensure Customer orders are processed correctly from start to finish, including stock control, logistics and customer service.

The client is a large manufacturing business based in West London.

Description

The key responsibilities will include-

  • Processing customer orders
  • Ensuring SLA's re delivery are met
  • Checking in on dispatch and delivery
  • Communicating with customers effectively and updating on queries
  • Stock control and transfer
  • Daily communication to the warehouse
  • Update CRM systems on all fronts
