Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and proficiency in various computer programs.

OFFICE BASED - MUST HAVE EXCELLENT MS OFFICE SKILLS

  • Performing all admin support functions such as travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Manage multiple diary's
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and excel reports
  • Set up and organise meetings and take notes at the meetings
  • Send out correspondence and financials
  • Distribute marketing materials and sales updates
  • Produce agendas for meetings including updated marketing materials
  • Process Purchase orders
  • Update central database and systems
  • Competitor analysis
  • Departmental post - prioritising responses, cover front of house when needed
  • Attending meetings and distributing materials

MUST have previous and relevant experience in either a Sales Admin or PA role

Be IT proficient in MS Office and Excel reporting

Able to deal with high-end clients and deliver first Director Support

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
