Your Mission

In your role as an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service that exceeds new clients' expectations and builds on your existing base, ensuring their financial needs are met comprehensively. Your efforts will include the implementation and management of a strategic calling strategy aimed at maximising success with each prospect, cultivating and nurturing relationships that transform customers and stakeholders into a network of loyal clients and advocates for the company. Additionally, managing day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the role will be key, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups to maintain the smooth operation of the sales efforts.

Key Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, demonstrating a track record of building and maximising client portfolios.
  • A motivated, ambitious, and driven mentality, aimed at achieving top-tier earning potential.
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both verbally and in negotiation, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A clean personal credit and criminal record, emphasising our commitment to integrity and trust within the financial services sector.

Offer Details

  • Salary: Up to £36,000 (depending on experience) + generous commission structure.
  • OTE: Up to £70,000+.
  • Location: North East.
