Sales Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing clients together with generating new business in London & the South East.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Account Manager

• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works
• Developing positive relationships with clients
• Acting as the main point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs
• Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales position within the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software
• Prior experience within HVAC industry is essential
