Overall objective and scope:

Are you an ambitious sales professional eager to excel in a dynamic industry? Our client is a leading specialist is the photographic market is seeking a passionate individual to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and pioneer new opportunities.

The successful candidate will be trusted with their own customer base and will be able to map, plan and manage their accounts as they see fit.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop business in specified trade accounts via telephone, email, and Skype.
  • Record all customer interactions and quotations and close/follow-up potential orders.
  • Ensure that prices are quoted are the best possible within market expectations.
  • Ensure follow-up actions (returning calls, account application forms, RMAs, PODs etc.) are completed with the promised timescales.
  • Become knowledgeable of the clients products.

Key Skills:

  • Account management - Highly Desirable.
  • Business development - Highly Desirable.
  • Excellent communication written and verbal - Essential.
  • Knowledge of photography equipment - Desirable.
  • Experience working with trade accounts - Desirable.

Person Specification:

  • Friendly and motivated.
  • Positive Can-Do attitude.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Professional approach to all interactions.
