We're looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of generating business opportunities and account management.

The Role:

The Sales Account Manager role is a mixture of office & field-based. Reporting to the Sales Director and covering the Colchester region, you will be primarily responsible for proactively sourcing new business within your dedicated sales territory, whilst building and maintaining accounts and relationships to promote longevity in relationships.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Effectively selling a wide range of products to gain a good mix in view of building loyal and profitable accounts within the Education Sector

- Speaking with a variety of clients on a daily basis, and gaining appropriate knowledge of what a client and/or candidate needs at any given time

- Attending face-to-face meetings within given territory (south east)

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Account Manager role will have relevant experience of business development and generating growth within existing accounts. You'll also need experience of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

- Excellent communication skills

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

You'll also need to be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be able to manage existing client relationships as well as develop new ones.

The Package:

Basic salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £10,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
