Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Shoreditch, East London

Salary: £38k - £42k per annum DOE (OTE £60k+ 1st year)

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, Office based

About the role:

The role is broken up into two main parts:

  • Account Management:We pride ourselves on the service we provide and a part of that is giving dedicated support to all clients. You'll be that primary contact for some of our oldest clients so it's important you can build up that relationship and really understand their needs.
  • Outbound:While you will have a base of clients you'll also be reaching out to new clients through various avenues, showcasing our various Advertising Packages and industry leading Online Recruitment Portal.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • On a day-to-day basis you'll be keeping in touch with clients, taking a proactive approach to helping them post job adverts and manage their existing campaigns as well as reaching out to new prospects to bring on board.
  • Confidence is KEY; if you can chat with professionalism and passion (with a hint of playfulness) then this is the perfect role for you. You'll be dealing with Directors, HR Managers and Consultants on a daily basis so you'll need to be comfortable speaking with individuals who know their stuff and giving them guidance on best practice where necessary! You don't have to have industry knowledge, as you'll be working hand in hand with our support team, but we can safely say those who possesses a winner's mind-set are the ones who excel.

About you:

  • Proven success in a B2B sales environment (around 2 years of experience)
  • Experience using multiple IT systems and maintaining a CRM
  • Confidence to pick up the phone to chase down future business opportunities, while maintaining a positive mind set when met with pushback
  • A desire to work within a team driven environment in the heart of Shoreditch, we're not a call centre or corporate environment so your personality is a big deal
  • Be driven, highly ambitious and have a desire to be the best
  • Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills
  • Extensive interpersonal skills with an ambitious mind set
