Sage X3 Support Consultant - *Fully remote working*

Sage X3 Consultant with experience of providing Sage X3 application support, Sage X3 Financials & Commercials or Manufacturing and ERP experience is required by a leading technology company

This role sits as a Sage X3 Support Consultant in the application support team of around 5 people and is very much a 1st and 2nd line Sage X3 support role. They want this to be a stepping stone to a Sage X3 Consultant role, so you can come from a Sage X3 super user background

Skills required:

• Sage X3 experience
• Excellent 1st or 2nd line support experience
• Successful track record in supporting ERP projects on time
• Experience in supporting Sage X3 applications ideally with a reseller or internally at a user site

The main criteria of the Sage X3 role are to support the Sage X3 product to external clients. You will work within the Support team to provide specialist guidance to clients and colleagues in the resolution of Sage X3 application (Financials, Commercials or Manufacturing) and technical queries. This will be done both over the phone and via email
