Rural Solicitor
A great opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified property solicitor to move into a market leading Land and Rural department, based in Edinburgh.
The team is vastly experienced in rural property, business and personal matters including buying selling and leasing all types of rural property, advising landlords and tenants on agricultural tenancies and dealing with renewable energy developments and partnership matters.
Working within this land and rural team will give you the very best opportunities to gain first-class, hands-on experience and develop your career in this interesting and rewarding field.
Although rural experience would be an advantage, we are looking for an individual who is a commercially minded, a logical problem solver, with an eye for detail and a strong communicator. Candidates who are coming up to qualification or who are recently qualified ideally would have some experience of rural matters, though individuals with exposure to commercial property with a demonstrable interested in rural and agricultural matters are being considered.
If this land and rural solicitor opportunity sounds like it could be of interest, please get in touch for a confidential and no obligation discussion.
For more information, please contact Melissa Tang at G2 Legal for a confidential discussion or please apply with an up-to-date CV.
