Rural Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solicitor/Associate (2+ PQE) to join one of Scotland's leading Land & Rural teams in Perth. 

This team is known for its high-quality of work and enviable client base and is currently looking to grow across each of the firm's offices. 

If successful, your workload will consist of the sale and purchase of estates, forests, farms and country houses, as well as advising on crofting issues and agricultural holdings. 

You will be expected, once up and running, to independently run your own caseload, but also to collaborate with other members of the office and wider firm on larger and more complex transactions. 

A keen eye for commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development are also sought-after skills for this position.
