An established law firm in South Manchester is seeking an RTA Paralegal/Fee Earner to join their team. If you have experience handling MOJ or OIC Portal claims and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of RTA matters through MOJ or new OIC Portal.
  • Some Part 7 and RTA Litigation
  • Handle all aspects of the claims process, including client communication, document drafting, and negotiations.
  • Work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effectively manage and organise your workload.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling your own caseload of RTA claims, ideally through MOJ or OIC Portal.
  • Part 7 experience ideally.
  • Any RTA Litigation experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
