RTA Litigation Executive - Liverpool

Hybrid working

Salary up to £40k plus extensive benefits and monthly bonus

Any RTA Fee Earners looking for a move to a well established national Law firm then look no further we have an exciting new opportunity for you to join a leading company that fully supports personal growth and development. The role sits within our client's Personal Injury team.

Key responsibilities (RTA Litigation Executive):

  • Handling a caseload of RTA claims in a timely manner in accordance with CPR
  • Prioritising daily tasks on to do list
  • Instructing Counsel to attend conferences, hearings and CMCs
  • Keeping clients informed and up to date on a regular basis throughout the life cycle of the claim
  • Updating referrers as often as possible to ensure a consistency of service
  • Ensuring that any BTE /ATE insurer is kept informed as to the progress of any claims

Experience and Knowledge (RTA Litigation Executive):

• Relevant experience of having handled claims through the litigation process
• Good working knowledge relevant case law and/or legislation
• Organised and efficient
• Excellent communication skills
