This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Fee Earner with strong litigation experience to join one of the leading personal injury practices in Liverpool, dealing with claims of a technical nature with a focus on Orthopaedic injuries.

The firm is recognised across Merseyside and indeed the entire country for its claimant and defendant offering as well as high level of service that its provides to its clients. 

The firm is keen to add an ambitious Personal Injury Fee Earner used to handling litigated RTA matters (both fast-track and multi-track). The role will see you given your own caseload of RTA files, which will primarily be litigated orthopaedic injury claims, which you'll manage from instruction to finish.
