**NEW ROLE** | Residential Fee Earner / Conveyancer | HYBRID | Central Manchester | 56831

Our client a long established law firm with offices in the City Centre and surrounding areas seek to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload from start to finish.  You will Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds, Conduct title searches and analyse property records, Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction, Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process and Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with a hybrid model or 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
