Platinum Recruitment are working with a state of the art private hospital located in the seaside town of Brighton that has a unique set up of a private hospital with an acute psychiatric rehabilitation floor and a care home set up for the nursing and residential floors.

Rate of pay/Salary : £45,000 pa

What's involved?

• This RMN vacancy will be working on a full time basis, on a two week rotational rota. (Week 1 - 4 days on, 3 days off / Week 2 - 3 days on, 4 days off) Working from 07:45 - 19:45.
• You will be working on the Acute Psychiatric floor, caring for patients of a working age.

What do you need

The successful candidates will be Registered Mental Health Nurses(RMN), hardworking, passionate with experience working in mental health settings holding a valid NMC registration.

• Must have an up to date NMC pin number
• Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
• Experience within a mental health rehab environment
• Excellent time management
• Good communication skills
• A caring and compassionate personality
• High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
• Effective care planning skills
• Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check or have a clear DBS on the update DBS service
