Job Title: RMN - Nurse Manager - Complex Care
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + mileage & bonus
Hours: Fulltime, permanent - Monday to Friday
Location: Remote with travel across parts Sussex and Surrey

Overview:
Compass Associates is proud to be collaborating with an expanding Complex Care organisation who is committed to delivering specialised mental health and learning disability care in the comfort of people's homes. Their mission is to address each client's unique needs with precision and empathy.

As the Nurse Manager, you'll take on a pivotal role in overseeing a small number of clients with complex needs. Your duties will include assessing new clients, recruiting care staff, liaising with clients, crafting care plans, and conducting risk assessments. You will be instrumental in upholding our organisation's reputation for delivering exceptional care to high-risk clients.

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Active UK NMC Registration
- Driver's license and access to own vehicle
- Community care experience
- 2 years post qualification experience
- Proficient in managing competencies, patient assessments, care planning, and risk assessments

Location:
- Primarily remote/home-based with occasional client visits. The caseload is expected to increase to 5 clients over the next year.
- Travel will mainly cover Sussex and Guildford.

Interview Process:
- 1st Stage: MS Team interview with the Director of Nursing and COO
- 2nd Stage: Face to Face interview with 3 members of the SMT
